•   15% buyers fee.
•   Pickup & full payment required within 2 days of winning bid.
•   Any items that are not picked up will be charged to the card and become property of Urban Auctions
•   Buyers must register in order to place a bid (online bidding only).
•   Bids can not be removed once placed. 
•   All buyers must be 18+ years of age. 
•   We accept VISA, MC, American Express, Interact, Cash.
•   GST & PST will be added to the final price. 
•   Buyers have a 24 hour return policy on broken/damaged items. Any item stated "as is" or "not working" does not apply. 
•   All other items are sold "As is - Where is" with no guarantees, warranties, refunds, or exchanges.
•   If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes of an auction an additional 2 minutes will be added on. This will continue until no new bids are placed. 
•   If you can't watch the end of an auction, set your MAX BIDS on all the items that you are interested in. By doing this you enter the most you are   willing to pay for those items and our software will automatically bid up to your MAX BID.
•   It is best to watch the auctions final minutes live to ensure that you do not miss out. 
•   Shipping available for Comic, Sports Cards, Video Game & Record auctions only.
•   Shipping is not available for our General Auction (pickup only). Do not bid if you can not pick up. 
•   Items can be viewed in person the day before and the day of the auction. 

    Auction Bidding Increments 

    $0 to $49 - $5 bid increment 

    $50 to $199 - $10 bid increment 

    $200 to $999 - $25 bid increment 

    $1000 and up - $50 bid increment
